COVID-19 // Cancellation policy
The tenant can cancel the booked accommodation free of charge if it is cancelled between the date of booking up to 31 calendar days before the date of arrival. If the rented accommodation is cancelled in the period between 30 days and 5 days before date of arrival, a voucher for the entire rental sum (100% of the total amount) will be issued. The credit value can be used by our guest during any season within the 24 month period. If the new dates shall fall on a period with higher seasonal rates, the tenant will only need to pay for the price difference. The minimum length of stay shall also follow the period of the new dates. The voucher is not redeemable for cash. If cancellation occurs less than 5 days prior to arrival date, the company is not obliged to refund any part of the rental fee already received from client and the reservation voided.
Applicable Conditions : the COVID-19 Cancellation and Payment Policy is only applicable if the tenant cancel the reservation due to travel restrictions, quarantines, or forced flight cancellations due to COVID- 19. He is required to provide official documents if necessary for verification. The flexible cancellation and payment policy is applicable for all future booking until further notice.
Deposit and payment policy
We require 50% of the total amount at time of booking with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. In case of a reservation unless 30 days, the global payment will be required at time of booking. A security deposit of minimum 3 000€ is requested and should appear on the bank account minimum 3 days prior arrival if paid by bank transfer. It will be reimbursed maximum 15 days after departure.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be notified. If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, 50% of the rental amount will be forfeited. If 30 days or less before entering the premises, the entire stay will be due. In case of no show and no contact from the guest within 24 hours the contract is considered null and void. The owner will keep any payment and will be free to rent the property to other tenants.
