\nPETS<\/strong>: sorry, Fido has to stay home! For the respect of other guests and for common rules of hygiene, pets are not welcome neither in the house nor in the garden.<\/p>\n
\nGARBAGE<\/strong>: in order to avoid attracting uninvited guests, we are expecting you to do at least one chore during your holidays: taking out the trash! Public bins are located at the intersection with the main road to Lagos.<\/p>\n
\nKEYS<\/strong>: we recommend letting the keys on the lock outside the room, in order to avoid being locked out. Even if you\u2019d like to come back for your next holidays, don\u2019t forget to return all keys before your departure.<\/p>\n
\nSECURITY<\/strong>: to make sure your belongings are safe and secure, close all the windows and doors when you leave the There is a small safe in every room to protect the essentials. Please ensure no fires or candles are left unattended – for obvious reasons!<\/p>\n
\nENVIRONMENT<\/strong>: don\u2019t leave lights on when you go to the beach.<\/p>\n
\nOUTSIDE LIGHTS: <\/strong>outside lights turn on automatically when the sun sets and turn off when it is time to go to bed! You do not have to be worrying about it.<\/p>\n
\nWATER<\/strong>: drinking tap water is not recommended, for baby and children<\/p>\n
\nSMOKING<\/strong>: for any smelly surprises, we would prefer no smoking anywhere in the house.<\/p>\n
\nBARBECUE<\/strong>: turn off the gas when not using it and make sure it is well clean after use to not cook your fresh fish with the meat of yesterday.<\/p>\n
\nDAMAGES <\/strong>AND BREAKAGES<\/strong>: we all know that accidents happen sometimes. You will not lose the whole deposit for the sake of one broken plate (depending on which one!), but if something is broken or faulty please replace or notify.<\/p>\n
\nBE ON TIME<\/strong>: we’ll expect you to work with us to respect the agreed check-in (after 17h) & check out (before 10h) time \u2013 like you, guests before you don\u2019t want to leave and guests after you are impatient to arrive at Casa Arte!<\/p>\n
\nTEMPERATURE ADJUSTMENT<\/strong>: if you are hot or cold, please ask us to You have a fan in your room for your personal comfort.<\/p>\n
